is looking for a driven Account Executive to grow our presence in the UK higher education market.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt: identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, creating pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers, and turning complex conversations into closed business.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, negotiation, and close, while partnering with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other teams to bring the right solutions to prospective customers.

What you'll do

• Build your territory: Develop and execute a focused territory strategy to identify and win new business across the UK higher education market.
• Create pipeline: Proactively generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, events, referrals, and targeted account development.
• Open new accounts: Identify the right stakeholders, create entry points into target organizations, and build relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Own the sales cycle: Manage opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Sell strategically: Understand prospective customers' challenges and position 's solutions around their priorities, needs, and desired outcomes.
• Navigate complex deals: Build consensus across multiple stakeholders and confidently manage both shorter opportunities and longer, complex SaaS sales cycles.
• Collaborate to win: Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and internal subject-matter experts throughout the sales process.
• Represent : Build market presence through industry events, conferences, webinars, and other networking opportunities.
• Know your market: Develop strong knowledge of 's solutions, the higher education landscape, competitors, and emerging market needs.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
• Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and outbound business development.
• Experience building pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities.
• Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to engage senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Experience managing the full SaaS sales cycle, from first contact through negotiation and close.
• Strong territory and account planning skills.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach to sales.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• The ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required.

Nice to have

• Experience selling into higher education or similarly complex organizations.
• Experience with feedback, analytics, employee experience, or education technology solutions.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.

Location & Travel

This position is UK-based, and candidates must currently reside in the UK. The role requires regular travel to meet prospective customers and attend industry events.
